Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. Unfortunately, the details for earlier the posts you made did not display and could not be viewed by the Community. This is due to you using Internet Explorer 9 as your browser, which is not yet fully supported by this forum. To properly post in this forum, you will either need to put IE9 into IE8 compatibility mode for this site or use another browser.
Also, to avoid confusion I have removed the other posts you made in other threads. Please state the details of the backup issue you are experiencing from the beginning only in this thread. As I stated earlier, none of the earlier posts you made were readable. We look forward to hearing from you.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
