Backup Database Fields and Layouts ONLY?

[ Edited ]

Hi,

Can I backup database fields and layouts only?  I would like to have the database structure available for other databases, but don't want to have all the current records in the new databases.

Thanks.

Alex

Re: Backup Database Fields and Layouts ONLY?

Hi Mike,

Thank you as always.  This process did not save the layouts, but if I save the layouts and copy them to the new database folder, which appears to be a network folder even though its on my computer, I can see the old layouts in the new database.

This appears to work.

Yeah... should have mentioned that. A bit silly that layouts, templates, etc aren't copied
