Im trying to back uo beta 2011 before installing Gold version. I keep getting error messages during back up. anyone getting the se messages?

Tried again this morning to restart computer and program and receiving a different error message. I have enclosed a screen shot of the new error message. I have backed up previously and was successful not sure why not able to back up now before installation of the new "Gold" release. Thank you for your help and advice.

The following error occurred during backup. The backup was cancelled. Exception of type" System.OutOfMemoryException" was thrown.
My drive has plenty of space on it so I know I'm not out of memory on the drive.

Your memory(RAM) and hard drive space are not same.
Right mouse click on "My Computer" / select Properties see how much memory(RAM) you have. 2gig? 4gig ?
Need lots of Ram for ACT!- I recommend at least 4Gig Ram.
that may not be the prob?
Are you syncing with other remote ACT! databases?
Are you running some Spyware that may be hampering?
Possible fix may be to run ACTDIAG.. Would be my guess for resolution? Without more info. Cheers - FSB

Running ACT on Mac through Parallels was able to back previously without any trouble. Can I adjust my RAM space?
Not Syncing with other database.
Running Norton 360 - Does that need to be disabled?

I think I would run ACTDIAG and select the Rebuild options such as Schema.
Only approx 5-10 minute process.
To run this utility; Run ACTDIAG , List databases, Rebuild, Rebuild Schema..
That should get you started if you feel confident with your skills. Cheers - FSB
