We are trying to log emails sent in Outlook to be recorded under history for a contact in Act!
There is evidence this has worked in the past for one of our employees but doesn't seem to be working currently.
Please can you advise us the steps we need to take to be able to automatically record emails sent to Act! contacts.

Having explored this issue it seems the issue was:
File path to HistoryQueue folder is incorrect in registry
Now we have added this path into the registry (Qpath wasn't in the registry at all), history appears to be being logged.
This also added a few more Act! buttons into our outlook. Not sure how that happened from setting the registry path.
Further question - does Act! have to be left open for this to work? Or will it simply queue up mails sent in outlook and add them into Act! when you next open it?

This isn't working on one machine.
I've set the registry path as above but the extra buttons aren't appearing in Outlook:
attach to act! contacts
create act! contacts
create act! activity
and quick attach
