I have two yes/no boxes, one for customer and one for former customer. I want to know if there is a way that when I uncheck comeone as a customer it can automatically check them as former customer. I'm using ACT! 2008. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
I could, but what I'm trying to accomplish is knowing who my past customers were, not just people who aren't my customer. I'm trying to break down my contacts into current customers, former customers, and non customers. I just am trying to make sure that people who once were customers are properly labeled as former customers if they cancel my service.
