We are wanting to send emails through Act! using Outlook, but want there to not just be a record in history that the email was sent but rather the entire content of the email. I'm sure there has to be a way to do this. Anyone have any ideas how?

It's in the setup when you configure the Outlook integration. As you go through the steps, look for a drop-down box that lets you choose subject/email & subject/attachments, and so on. You'll know it when you see it...
