I just installed ACT! on 5 computers. On some work stations the program automatically enters parenthesis and dashes when you enter a phone number. On the others it doesn't. Does anyone know how to adjust this setting?
The article was good but there aren't any phone numbers in the database that aren't formatted correctly. It just won't include parenthesis and dashes. We've been doing that manually. So there's no simple setting to tweak to make it start formatting the phone numbers automatically again?
