We have the 2008 version of ACT! and have the laptop to automatically sync Monday through Friday. However, we keep getting messages that ACT has not synched for 15 days. How can we fix this?

'Check that the scheduler is running. Also, at the sycn panel on hte publisher database and see if they are being completed. is this happening on all remote databases or just 1? Sync manually and see if the message goes away. If it continues after this, i'd recreate the remote as a precaution.. Also you may choose to run maintenance on the subscriber and publisher via the tools menu in ACT or within ACTdiag.
