I'm wondering if there's a way to make a "to-do" happen when someone's birthday is coming up.
For example, I want to schedule a "To-do" to send a birthday card 1 week before someone's birthday.
I was wondering if there's a way to make it so that when they enter the "Birthday within 7 days group" it would trigger an activity series that creates the to-do.
Or is there another way....?

You could do a Lookup | Annual Event each week and use it to schedule a to-do for the records it finds.
Other than that would require an add-on or a programmer to make that more automated.

Input from this web page goes directly into a database that management has direct access to read, and which they also track and gather statistics on.
