I have recently installed ACT2012 on Win7, Outlook 2010.
I managed to sync outlook and ACT.
I have a contact for which sent messages are correctly put in the ACT contact history.
Received messages, however, are not. I have already implemented all the suggestions in here.
I have read this: "IMPORTANT NOTE: This feature will not function with Exchange Server contacts. This is a known issue that is currently under investigation."
This cannot be the case (I hope), since everything works fine for some other contacts (same address book on the same Exchange Server).
For both the good and the bad contacts, I can click Add-in in Outlook and verify that the contact is correctly attached.
Is there anything I am missing?

Update: for some users messages are attached only when I run a full sync, for others as the message is received.
Is this a known issue?
