I used to be able to view an attached email message in the preview pane in ACT.
It now just shows the subject header.
Email editor is Outlook, and ACT is set to record subject, message and attachments.
Have I missed something here? It works ok on another machine with same versions of Office and ACT.
Using Office 2010 and ACT Pro V16, Hot Fix 5.

You mentioned that you have other databases but no info about the type of database you are having problem with. Is it a Remote ACT! v16 database? Is it the Server main database?
I think I would first try to ACTDIAG database rebuild options?
But it may also be a Outlook issue?
