We have recently updated from ACT! 2013 Premium to Act! Premium (Web) Version 184.108.40.206, Hot Fix 1.
When trying to attach an Outlook email to an ACT! contact, the search box comes up but does not go to the correct entry. For instance, if we type in Smith, Bob the search goes to the first Smith in the list and then we have to scroll down to find Bob. This feature worked correctly in ACT! 2013 Premium, but it's not working in Act! Premium (Web) Version 220.127.116.11, Hot Fix 1.
I have tested this on several client machines and contacted ACT! support. Support stated that this is the first time this issue has been reported and asked that I post the issue in the forum. The work around, of course, is to scroll down until you find the correct entry, however the list can be very long as is the case with common names.
