Using Sage ACT! Pro 2013 Version 15.0.301.0, Hot Fix 1
MS Outlook 2010
all been working fine and I can see ACT AddIn is enabled and the icons are present
I can see the AddIn icons and "use" them to Attach an email to a contact - however it seems that since some time last week they are no longer attaching - either manually or automatically
I noticed that I can no longer see the envelope and exclamation mark icon which I used to be able to open to check on the status of the unattached emails - it's just not there; I've tried re-booting, checking settings from searching the forums for similar comments but nothing has helped
The only thing I can think of is that Bullguard antivirus software that did an update last week (I noticed as it initially blocked remote desktop access) may have changed something?
