Thanks for the advice Jon Klubnik. I saw no other option. You are 100% right the issue was with the add-on not the DB or ACT. Anything you'd recommend for future readers having issues with the outlook add-on?
Again, I appreciate your tip. I was luck it didn't destroy any of my valuable data or custom fields & layouts.

Just start with the plugin. Google is your friend. a search of "sage ACT outlook integration" turnes up the following KB article.
I"m glad it all came back to you. However, more steps and more drastic measures leads to the potential for more risk of loss or extra headache.. The ACT program may not have come off cleanly, sometimes users have trouble restoring a database or the backup copy is older then their current and they loose data. Your method worked, but was the equivilant of tearing down a house to fix the sink. Same end results... usually,
