I'm using "ACT! by Sage Premium 2010 Version 18.104.22.168, Hot Fix 3", with Outlook 2003, sp3. When we receive emails from someone with an ACT record, sent to a recipent with an ACT record, we were expecting the message to get attached to both the sender's record (in history) as well as the recipient's record. But we're only getting the message to attach to the sender's account in ACT. There are no errors within "Attach to ACT". What can I do to troubleshoot this?
