I recently switched email providers and one of the consequences was the need to create a new profile in Outlook. The old profile had the ACT connection that automatically registered some emails in history and had the Add-in that allowed me to Attach to ACT!Contacts other messages. The connection with ACT! does not exist in the new profile and I cannot figure out how to fix that. I have tried going to Tools / Preferences / Email and uncheck and redo the setup. That did not work. Could anyone please help me with this?

If you make the changes via the preferences and then save and close ACT. Wait for a short time and then restart and resetup should resolve as the preferences do not seem to be saved until you exit ACT
