Certain people I email in Outlook are not getting automatically attached to ACT! -- they appear in the "Not Attached MEssages" list with the Status "Contact was not found in the database." Even after I manually "Attach to ACT! Contact" the message, my future emails to that person are not being automatically added to ACT. They are still appearing in the "Not Attached Messages" list and I have to manually "Attach" the message every time I email the same person.
I would like a feature where, if the Recipient is the same, AttachToACT "remembers" to always attach that email to that Contact in the DB. Is this a feature already, is there a workaround you know of, or am I stuck with manually "attaching" every time?
