Attach to ACT Contact (Outlook 2003)

I have installed ACT onto my system and have set up the ACT address book to sync with ACT.  I cannot, however, find the "Attach to ACT" button that will allow me to add old email to my ACT contact records.

Please advise.

Re: Attach to ACT Contact (Outlook 2003)

Are you using ACT! 2008 Version 10? If yes, I'm not sure what you mean by "add old email to my ACT contact records". V 10 and Outllook 2003 work well together and when you open Outlook two ACT! buttons are added to the top menu bar of Outlook. One allows you to add the selected email to the ACT! history record and the other allows you to create a new ACT! contact from the incoming email. If you are refering to having all of the ACT! contact's emails in the Outlook address book you have to set that up through Prefs / Email tab in ACT!

Re: Attach to ACT Contact (Outlook 2003)

Hi - I'm a new ACT 2008 user V10 with Outlook 2003 - I'm trying to create contacts from emails I recieve, but my outlook menu bar doesn't have the tabs you mentioned.  Do I have to do something to create them?
Thanks
