Attach E-mails To Contact History In ACT! by Sage 2009

When trying to set up the rules in Outlook 2003, I get to the part where I am to "Select Custom Action" and click "Change".

It is supposed to go to the screen "Act! History Attach Options" but instead, I get a wait sign (whirling dervish which is what I call Vista's hourglass) and then Outlook just restarts and the rule has not been established.

What OS are you using?  Do you receive any error messages or does Outlook just restart?  Try creating an Outlook rule with the demo database.

I am using Vista Home Premium (64bit).  I do not get an error message.  The Outlook screen "pales out" with the wait icon spinning then Outlook just restarts.

I tried it using the demo database with the same result.
