Assigning Limited Acccess to a Lookup

We have recently finished data entry, effectively transferring our hodge podge information from various sources into Act and we are looking into parsing the data to only be available to certain users; in particular we're interested in limiting the abilty of sales reps from looking at companies/groups/contacts assigned to others.

We have a field which lists the sales represtantive and can easily do a lookup to give us the information we need.  Is there a fast way to assign the same limited access to all results of a lookup or will this have to be done on a one by one basis for each contact, company and group?  There are thousands of these things...

Re: Assigning Limited Acccess to a Lookup

Do a lookup, select the contacts in the contract list, right click and create new access list. This will apply the limited access to the contacts you have selected
