Assertion failed

Hi all,

I have seen a couple posts about ACT! integration with Outlook but I have not seen a resolution that works and would like to resolve this issue.

I am running:
ACT! 2011 Pro
Multiple Outlooks 2003, 2007, 2010 ( I am running '03)

The error is the Assertion Failed: We don't expect an @ in an exchange server address.

When the error pops up after sending an email there are three choices: Abort, Retry, Ignore. By pressing ignore everything works fine; the email sends and it gets posted to the contact in ACT! history.

As I send a lot of emails throughout the day, this becomes cumbersome.

What am I to do?

Re: Assertion failed

Hi There

Do you know what version of ACT 2011 Pro you are running?  Is it service pack 1? version 13.1.111.0 is service pack 1, please also ensure you are running hotfix 4 for this version.

Refer to the following article: http://kb.sagesoftwareonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/28366/kw/Assertion%20Failed%3A%20We%20don't...

Are there other computers that are getting this same error message?  Or is it just your machine that seems to be having  the issue?  Please also ensure that you have service pack 3 for office 2003.
