This feature must be here SOMEWHERE but I'm just not finding it.
I bring up one of my appointments on the calendar and I see it is with a contact in my database named "Judy Wilson". I now want to bring up "Judy Wilson" 's contact record to make some notation, but there is no button or link to bring up the contact record. I actually have had to launch an lookup by lastname to look her up, then sift through the "Wilsons" to find Judy's record then doubleclick on the contact list record to bring up the contact.
SURELY, I'm missing something here. There has to be some type of link or button to go directly from the appointment record to the contact record. This is something that Outlook had in pre-2003 versions. It has to be here.
Can anyone direct me or let me know how you do it?
