Appointment & Activity Duplications Syncing Act and Outlook

Hi guys

I can sett an appointment in Act and sync that across to Outlook, including the invite etc, with out any problem.

If I do manual sync, then I end up with duplicates in both Act and Outlook.  (see attached)

This is a new issue that has only recently come about, so I'm guessing a setting has changed that I'm not aware of.

Setting is for 2 way sync and keep ACT activity.

Using ACT Pro Version 19.2.146.0, Update 5
Outlook (Office) 365 online

Any suggestions most appreciated.

Try changing the setting in the email- activity invitation section of the outlook setup for the create an Act! activity to none and see if the dulpicates stop then.

Are you also syncing Outlook to any other device like your phone etc?

Outlook 365 cloud based.
Have this on my iPhone and synced to iPhone calendar.

Not so sure on this as these are events I am creating within Act and sending to Outlook 365
