I can sett an appointment in Act and sync that across to Outlook, including the invite etc, with out any problem.
If I do manual sync, then I end up with duplicates in both Act and Outlook. (see attached)
This is a new issue that has only recently come about, so I'm guessing a setting has changed that I'm not aware of.
Setting is for 2 way sync and keep ACT activity.
Using ACT Pro Version 22.214.171.124, Update 5
Outlook (Office) 365 online
Any suggestions most appreciated.

Try changing the setting in the email- activity invitation section of the outlook setup for the create an Act! activity to none and see if the dulpicates stop then.
