Appointment Reminder

Is there a way to send appointment reminders to all scheduled activities on a future day?  I'd like to do a Lookup for all activities on a given future day, then do a email merge.   How does one do a lookup of activities on your calendar for a given future day?  Thanks for any help.

Re: Appointment Reminder

To create a lookup of contacts who have a scheduled activity on a given day, just bring up the Daily Calendar view for that day, right-click anywhere on the calendar and choose Create Lookup.

Re: Appointment Reminder

In the options button when scheduling an appointment you can tick an option to send an email to participants. So you could select a particular day in the task list and open each activity and tick this option and it would create the emails.
