If you open an opportunity,
click the CALL, MEETING or TODO button to create a new call/meeting/todo, it has a length of 1hr instead of obeying the users preferences set under Tools | Preferences | Calendar & Scheduling | Scheduling Preferences.
Can we have this set to work as expected, i.e. obey the users preferences?
