On ACT! 2011
Sage ACT! Pro 2011 Version 13.0.401.0, Hot Fix 2

I see that there are additional patches to apply but not sure if I should or not. I don't want to screw anything up. I do know there are some issues I face at times and not sure if the Hot Fix will help. I see up to 6 and I'm on 2. Should I download and apply and if I do should I go straight to 6 or do I have to go in sequence, I see 3 is not present. And I know I don't need the Canada fix as I'm in the US.

You would need to instal SP1 before applying Hot Fix 6, only Hot Fix 2 which you have is for ACT! 2011 with no Service Pack 1. When you have Service Pack 1 installed the version will be 13.1.111

Thanks for responding. So just to be cleaar: I install SP1, then I install Hot Fix 6 - skipping all the other Hot Fixes as 6 contains all the other Hot Fixes. And the general feeling is that for ACT 2011 theis is the best to do moving forward.

I should also add that I am a single user and do not sync with any other user or data server. I use Quickbooks 2013 and HandHeld Contact to sync to my mobile device.

If you are not having any problems with ACT! then I wouldn't bother upgading to SP1 HF6, if you have any problems that are bing fixed in Service Pack 1 then apply that. If the problem you have is only fixed in one of the Hot Fixes which need SP1 then apply HF6.
If it's not broke don't fix it.
