IM having an issue and Gilles hasnt gotten back to me yet so im gonna throw this ut there and see what happenens.
I have ACT 10.0.2.191 hotfix one and Excell 2007 with most recent updates. Windows XP SP2. havent installed SP3 yet.
I have been using excel templates for a couple years without incident when suddenylthis week, the ACT mail merge fields window isnt there. it wont open when i select it on the add-ins menu either. So i cant use it to add merge fields. this is VERY frustrating as im trying to rework some templates and make new ones.
Ive tried reinstalling exceltemplates. ive uninstalled and reinstalled excel as well. and both. and even just did a compete re-install of office. and every combination i can think of. Anyone else run into this? what was the cure?
