On May 23rd I'd inquired about an error message on my ACT!10.00 (standard) when I input Notes. Error read "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". I received a reply to try http://tinyurl.com/5yz5n4 and it DID work.
Since then, however, there have been several power interruptions (to the entire area, not just our office) and the problem (error message) is cropping up in additional areas...including after sending Email via a contact, Notes (again) and History. I am the administrator and system told me I did not have the authority open a database or told me I could not delete an unnecessary database while it was open....but it was NOT open. Following the previous instructions I attempted the previous fix....and it does not fix. Please Help. Thank you in advance.
