I have exported my Act! database from version 6 to 10 and I now discover that the Act! 10 dialer is ommiting a number (the 10th digit I believe) from every phone number. I appreciate that this can be manually adjusted but, having spent several hundred pounds on a new version of Act! I find this unacceptable - how can a new version have reduced functionality?!? According to the Act! tech support staff this has been a problem for a number of versions. Does anyone know of a work round?
