I have 2 groups - Opt out and Dealership. I ran a report for opt outs so i could take them out of the dealership group. I created an opt out group to put them in but now CAN NOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME....work out how how to remove the members of the opt out group out of the dealership group!!!
That make sense?
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

How did you create the group?
Manually add them to the group
- or -
Dynamically based on certain data in the contact record?
If they were manually entered, then bring up the group and multi-select to remove them from the group.
If the group was prepared dynamically you should be able to modify the dynamic rules to remove the opt out indicator from the dealership group.

I created the group and ran an opt out report from the marketing tab and just added them.
It'd be nice to be able take manage the group so that i could take contacts out of one group but leave them in another without having to do it indivdually. Im sure i was able to do it somehow on an older version of ACT
