I have had ACT since December 2012. At the time I received it, I downloaded it from the internet, and installed it on my computer. I registered the product, and when I opened ACT, it had me using the trial version. Now, it says the trial version has expired, and I need to register the product to continue. When I put in my product code, it says the product is already registered, and will not let me open ACT. How do I resolve this issue?

Try running Sage ACT! using the 'Run as administrator' option, to see if it will recognize the registration. To do this:
- close Sage ACT!
- right click on Sage ACT! icon > select 'Run as administrator'
- prompted to register or not?
