I'm in serious trouble and hope someone can help. I'm using ACT 8.0 and yesterday when I opened the ACT program and went to access the ACT email, the system reset itself and when my email opened everything was gone. In the setup I'm using "Internet Mail" as I don't have Microsoft Outlook on my computer...that's another problem.
Anyway, I'm hoping someone knows the file extension ACT is using to "hold" all the email information in the computer when the program is turned off. I think for some reason when the email portion of ACT goes to open it can't find the file extension with the previous data.
Does anyone have some suggestions?
