I have the same issue as a couple others that posted before. After upgrading or synchronizing, I have over 1700 alarms, mostly as re-occurring on the same contact, that appear to be trying to come up in the popup notification and it's crashing Act & Windows. I've tried resetting the Windows date to before the alarm date and it DOES prevent the popup, but when I go to the activities tab on the contact, it hangs up again. So, I can't delete the alarms nor the activities that cause the alarms becuase there seems to be more than Act can handle.
David mentioned something about a utility to clear alarms. Does anyone here have this utility (besides support)? Or, is there another solution?
