After synchro always the same record manager on notes. Why?

Hallo,

 

now that I successfully passed the Main Database to my boss and I have the Remote Database on my laptop everything looks fine. We can synchro and it seems to work.

 

But it happened that all the notes that I took now have only his name as record manager and even when we synchro , the notes that on my database have my name as RM , they then change with his. How can I solve this problem?

I forgot to mention. I am talking about ACT!  Version 10.0.3.182, Hotfix 1 on windows XP.

problem solved but  a new one occured. Now I can´t backup my remote database.
