Re: After performing a lookup, Act! is no longer the active window

Thanks so much, Gary.

While I've got your ear is there a new shortcut for adding a Note? I used to use F9 but key has been re-purposed in the current Act version.

You should be able to insert a new note by hitting Ctrl+N.

You can customise the keyboard shortcuts in Tools > Customise > Menus and Toolbars > Keyboard:

After some further investigation regarding Act losing focus after a lookup, it appears that adding the Social Updates tab into the layout that is experiencing the issue, can resolve the issue.

You can do this from Tools > Design Layouts > Contact > Edit > Tabs

Please can you try adding the Social Updates tab using these options, closing and reopening Act, and then testing by doing a lookup?

We've logged this behaviour as defect D-04649.
