We have three computers using ACT! by Sage 2007 (9.0) Version 220.127.116.11. Only one of them allows us to import successfully. On the other two, we go through the entire import procedure, but after it is over, none of the information imported can be found. Therefore we must only use the one computer that successfully imports and then sync the info to the other machines. What is wrong?
