Our seasonal worker who set up our data base will be leaving soon, how do we change the name of the administrator for the Act database?

Log on as an administrator and choose Tools menu, select Manage Users and make the change to the security role. You will need to make one of the others users Administrator first. Log off and log back in as the new administrator user so that you can make the change to the original user, possibly making them inactive as well.
