Administrator is gone, how do I change to a new one?

Our ACT! administrator has left the company. How do I change the administrator from her to another member of our team? We are absolutely locked out right now and unable to use this. Thanks!

If you cannot get the user name and password from the previous administrator, you will need to contact database services.

So we have to pay to access our own database????

If you have a support contract there is no charge.  Are you unable to get in touch with the previous employee?  Are you sure you only have one administrator in the database?
