We are running a desktop version of Act! Pro Version 184.108.40.206, Update 4 on Windows 10.
On the "Activities" tab (against a contact who is part of a company), in a planned activity to make a phone call, when we click the "clear" box a screen pops up with options for "Results". In the drop down box opposite, we'd like to add an option "Call not made" into the other 4 options there now ie "Call attempted" etc.
Is this possible and if so how do we do it?

The activity CALL is pre-set and not able to be changed.
You might consider either adding a custom activity or changing one like Vacation to Sales Call etc which you can the edit.
