We have 6 licenses and we have all been using the database for years without a problem.
Today we moved the database to a new computer whcih is acting as a server (we used export and restore).
I had to install ACT on the server in order to restore the database so I installed a trial version thinking that would be enough.
The database restored fine and I went to logon from the various users so I could reset the startup preferences.
I could only logon with one user as it said that the database only had 1 license! (All the users are listed as "active pending logon")
I then went to register the trial version on the server and I used a 2 user license - that worked so the database has now has 3 licenses.
How do I get the other 3 licenses on there?
I tried deleting the serial number and re-registering then logging straight onto the new database location (still says there are not enough licenses). I searched here before posting and this seems to have worked for others but not me.
