Hello Act Community,
I've been working with a customer on a new Act purchase. They have a VOIP phone system, and it is working very well with Act.
They would like to make it even easier to Phone Contacts. I already added the customized button, large-size, up in the toolbar alongside the universal search, but it is not enough.
Is it possible to:
1. Hyperlink the phone field, similar to email or website, such that clicking the phone number will launch the dialer?
2. Add the "Phone Contact" button directly to the contact layout alongside the Phone label?
