I am a newbie. I am using Sage Act 2011in medical domain. I created a huge contact list and now I want to add Copay, estimated insurance installment and insurance information for each contact which may have more than 1 insurance company. How can I achieve this?
Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like pretty basic stuff for ACT! ?
Tools / Define Fields ( also possbly the need to create a Drop DownTable for desired fields ).
Then you need to apply those new fields to desired area of your layout = Tools / Design Layouts for Contacts ...
Inside ACT!2011, the Welcome Button contains your needed Getting Started Tutorials for how to create new fields and then apply them to your layouts. - Cheers - FSB
