Adding Categories to Multiple Contacts

Many times I use more than one ID/Status for a specific contact.  Is there a way to make changes to the ID/Status of a Lookup WITHOUT replacing the category that is checked - just adding to it?  My goal is to check an additional category in a number of contacts at one time.

Unfortunately there is not a way to do this. The Edit/Replace option replaces the current value with the new value. If your lookup is for all contacts that have the same ID/Status and you want to add another value to all of those contacts, then you just can check both values in the Replace screen.
