We have a service dept within our company and i am trying to figure out the best way to open a ticket and follow it through, knowing all the time if it is open or closed.
I havent had much experience with Opportunities but it looks likes this could work. However, i need to generate a Job Card No. for each new ticket that is unique and continual.
Does anyone have any idea of either an Add-on or a different way i can do this, without the need to manually add a new number for each ticket?
