Is there an easy way in ACT, or through an add, on to see the details on an activity that has been cleared when you are looking at it on the contacts file or in task list? At the moment if we see the little post it under details to see it we have to unclear it to read it then reclear it which is really time consuming! Thanks

Normally, the History is where you would go to view all cleard tasks and other events. Have you looked at this? Also, if you want to add a history (with details) without having to go through the extra steps of creating a task first, you would just choose the record history button (Cntrl +H)

Thanks for that, yes I have looked at it, however as history has lots of clutter on it due to showing all the field changes etc on it (we have a lot) it can be a little hard to see everything at a glance. Is there a way this can be filtered better to clear the clutter? Or even if calls meetings and to do's were all automatically highlighted in a certain colour?
We also tend to not use history as if a meeting is cleared off and is billable etc, but then get deleted at a latter stage and is not billable, it is still left in history which makes people think i was billable. So this results in history being inaccurate. If you have a solution so we can use history efficiently and accurately with less clutter that would be great!
