Add Contact Address to Calendar or Activity Report Act 2011

I am trying to obtain a printed daily meeting report for our sales person such that the report lists the meetings in chronological order, with the name and ADDRESS of the contact.  I am having difficulty getting the contact ADDRESS on either the calendar or the activity report.  Is there a way to accomplish my goal of obtaining a printed report?
