Has anybody come across when running an activity report for one contact and a given data range entered in the general/activity tabs have the report pull all the activities for the contact? This seems to be an issue with the default applicaton pool because once we recycle the IIS app pool it pulls the correct data (for a while). There is no problem when running the activity report from directly on the database server but we can't have all our users doing this. Any suggestions where to look or settings to maybe look at?
I take it this is ACT! for Web then. What version? Do you have multiple virtual directories for ACT! using the same application pool or mulitple virtual directories using the same APFW folder, this will cause problems.
