Hi everyone -
I have been running Act! for close to 10 years but I am stumped on this one.
Where you have the handshake icon for a meeting or the finger with a string for "to do", I have now been getting what looks like an e-mail envelope with a golden clock in the bottom right corner.
What is this, where did it come from, and how do I make it stop appearing? I am running Act! Pro 2012.
Thanks in advance!!!

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Online Community!
I don't see an icon that perfectly fits your description, but the 2 icons that come to mind are: 'Appointment' and 'Custom'.
Appointment is primarily used to match the 'type' used in Outlook (synching calendars), but can be selected from the Type drop-down in a new Sage ACT! activity.
Another icon possibility would be if you created a custom activity type (Schedule > Manage > Activity Types).
Can you open the activity? It will then show the 'type'...
If the icons above are not the icon you are referring to, can you attach a screen print of the icon?

A little more info:
When I double click the icon, it shows up a s a"to do".
However, when I click on task list, it does not show up.
This is the problem - I am not getting things done or a reminder to do them.

Hi Greg - I have no idea how I did that or how it got in but you solved my problem. I can't thank you enough - there were 3 projects I needed to work on that I had totally lost track of.
