Activity Follow Up Start Date Field - Not Accepting K/B Entered Date First Time

When I clear an activity that will also have a follow up, I enter the cursor in the Start Date of the follow up being scheduled.  It is highlighted and I then enter a date from the keyboard.  The date shows correctly as entered such as 4/15/13.  When I tab out of the field, it diverts back to today's date. 

 

If I go back and enter the date again in exactly the same format and tab out, the date field is updated.

This is a known issue and has been reported to Development, for activities with a Start Time of 'timeless'. Are you experiencing this issue for other types?

A work-around at this time is to use the drop-down calendar to choose a different date.

This is a known issue and has been reported to Development, for activities with a Start Time of 'timeless'. Are you experiencing this issue for other types?

A work-around at this time is to use the drop-down calendar to choose a different date.
